Shona B. Glink is a partner in the firm Meites, Mulder, Mollica & Glink. She represents plaintiffs in class and multi-plaintiff actions covering all aspects of federal civil rights laws, with a focus on employment related actions, as well as ERISA, securities law, and other complex litigation. In addition to her work on employment, employee benefits and securities cases, Ms. Glink has extensive trial experience litigating affirmative action cases on behalf of municipalities, and an in-depth knowledge of the requirements for validating employment selection procedures under Title VII. She also has worked extensively with experts in the fields of economics, labor economics, statistics, industrial organizational psychology, sociology, psychology, test validation and development and damages, and she has tried cases in both federal and state courts. In addition, she has broad experience in successfully representing clients who seek resolution of their disputes through alternate dispute resolution. Based in New York, Ms. Glink is certified to practice law in the states of Illinois, Georgia and New York.
