10. Remove Stress
Stress is a major contributor to hair loss. To stimulate your hair growth, keep your stress level low. You can do this by identifying the stress-inducers in your life and avoiding them. Practice time management, socialize more, do meditation, yoga, bicycling, laugh more often, do deep breathing exercises, get a pet or engage in a hobby. When you remove or lower your level of stress, you will feel happier and more active, which according to scientific studies could actually make your hair grow normally, if not faster.
