1. Exercise: Squat Kicks
You will not have sexy legs in an instant. Everything must be done through hard work. Start off by doing exercises to tone your legs. Do the squat kicks for both left and right legs. From a squat position, stand up and kick your leg stretching out to the left and right side. Then, go back to the squat position and repeat the kick routine for both legs. You can do this repeatedly for ten to fifteen counts.
