2. Read and follow the instructions
The ends of your hair are more porous than the rest of the strands. Therefore, you should read the instructions carefully. If the instructions say that you have to apply the color up to the ends of your hair and leave it only for a certain number of minutes, do not go beyond the prescribed amount of time because you will end up with darker ends. It is more natural to have lighter rather than darker ends.
