10. Acid Alkaline Diet
This works on the idea that the body should have a higher alkaline level, and therefore controlling the diet to eat more alkaline foods should be the goal. The 80/20 rule is followed, where 80% should be alkalizing foods, which has to be applied to every meal.
There are no hard and fast rules to keeping fit, but it is always worth it to try. After all, whether you care for or neglect your body, it is you who will reap the benefits/consequences later on.
