8. Bikini Detox
This one is not so different from the raw food cleanse, but includes nuts and seeds and some protein like fish, eggs and chicken in the diet. Food to avoid are the common ones: soda, coffee, fast food items, canned food, refined food, meat, and grains with gluten. Daily exercise, at least 2 liters of water, no alcohol, and choosing organic food products are also necessary to get bikini ready.
