3. Calf Raises
Ladies normally have toned calves because of the awesome heels they wear. This exercise will further strengthen the calves, ankles and core. You can do this on your stairs by holding the handrail for support and doing tip toes on the edge of a step. Begin the exercise by lowering your feet down, lower than the step and then rise up to a tip toe. Do this for several reps.
