9. Apply first color on inner lid
After the primer has set, apply the first color (Suspect) from the inner corner to about halfway of your upper lid. The best tool to use here is your finger for easier control. The color should go beyond the crease of your lids. Wipe your finger on a tissue after each color application to remove any trace of color so you do not contaminate the other eye colors in the palette. It is important to use a primer so that the eye colors will stay blended and not melt and settle on the creases on your lids.
