How to do it: Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair. Place your hands on the edge with fingers facing your knees. Gently lift yourself about 2-4 inches up while tightening the muscles of your abs. Hold this position for several seconds, or as long as you possibly can. Then, lower yourself down carefully while breathing out. Repeat this several times.
