Leg lifts are a great exercise that specifically targets the lower part of your abdomen, which is crucial for flattening and toning your abdominal section.

How to do it: Lie straight on your back with your hands at your side and your legs extended. Tighten your lower abdomen and lift your legs toward the ceiling. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then, gently lower your legs to the starting position. Repeat.
