3. Dumbbell Push Up Row

Classic exercises, like pushups, are a great way to get fit and burn body fat. And by combining these techniques with effective workout equipment, you’ll certainly be able to see results in no time.

How to do it: Get a pair of dumbbells. Then, place them on the floor, about shoulder-width apart.  Grab the dumbbells, and set yourself in a pushup position. Carefully lower your body to the ground, pause for a few seconds, then press yourself back up. Once back in the starting position, pull the dumbbell in your right hand towards the side of your chest. Hold for a few seconds, then, gently lower the dumbbell back down. Repeat the same movement on your left hand. Do this for 10-15 reps.
