Women are good in faking it. They fake their orgasm because they are afraid to let their partners down. Or, worst, some fake it just to get over with sex. This should not be the case. If women keep on faking it, there are huge possibilities that they can never have orgasm in the long run. If it takes a long time to have orgasm, do not push to have it by faking it. Maybe it takes some time to achieve that big O or a little concentration is still needed in order to be at the moment and, eventually, get an orgasm.
