9. Keep healthy snacks around the house
The most important thing that you need to keep in mind at all times is that eating in between meal is a good thing not bad. This will help you survive the whole dieting ordeal because you will never go hungry. However, the clincher here is that you don’t eat junk. Instead, eat snacks like low-fat yogurt, popcorn, sweetened potato, fruits, or carrot sticks. A nut bar also works too so you might want to bring a bar wherever you go in case you get hungry again.
