7. Get rid of the sauce
Believe it or not, you will get a lot of fattening ingredients such as sodium in the sauce that comes with your dishes. That is why it is highly advisable that you stay away from these seemingly innocent dips if you are really serious on getting thin. Make it a habit to eat your food as it is, without the barbeque sauce, ketchups, or salad dressings. If you need some dressing, extra virgin oil and vinaigrette is acceptable.
