10. Stay hydrated.
Be careful when your body is craving for something to eat. You might just be thirsty but your confused brain is telling otherwise. So the next time you salivate over an oil-drenched fried chicken, try to drink a glass of water first.
In most cases, dehydration is mistranslated as food craving. Once you become dehydrated, important body functions–including metabolism–start to go haywire. Therefore, it is recommended for you to drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water a day. Also, always bring a tumbler of drinking water every day to ensure you have a steady supply of water no matter what time it is.
